Meeting You Where You Are

Spiritual Contemplation

Spiritual Contemplation involves quieting down, slowing down and turning inward. With meditation, you make a inward spiritual connection that gives you deep love, grace and growth. Meetings occur on a monthly basis to learn practices and  explore your experiences.

Recovery/Discovery for Spiritual Trauma

One of the most painful experiences one can endure is spiritual abuse, whether at the hands of an institution, a spiritual figure, or a family member. To whatever extent this relationship has been damaged, it can provide an opportunity to recover a new interaction with divinity that is healed, evolved, matured, and nurturing. I will work with you, using trauma and attachment modalities, to unlearn painful messages and begin to build trust in an authentic and comforting spiritual life.
Some additional aspects of spiritual counseling :
  • Lessening anxiety and worry, and developing trust.
  • Resolving hurts and finding relief.
  • Resolving conflict between personal values and beliefs vs. dogma or societal scripts.
  • Learning how to listen and attune to spiritual support and guidance.
  • Removing barriers and mistrust of spiritual love.
  • Integrating and making peace with unusual events, such as near death experiences for example.

What is Your Calling?

If you want to make decisions that lead to a more meaningful existence, mindful or spiritually based vocational counseling is available. It emphasizes making deliberate life choices led by interior guidance rather than societal pressures. Through spiritual listening, individuals can identify their authentic and spiritual values, learn to make minute by minute decisions based upon these values, and eliminate habits of mind that prevent them from obtaining inner peace.

All faiths and spiritual belief systems are welcomed and honored.
